Cookie information
Necessary functions
The public website’s application code does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Consent for such services is therefore not currently requested. Technical cookies serve only the requested functionality or security.
Administration
Only after signing into property administration is bh_session set to maintain authentication. It is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Strict with a maximum lifetime of 24 hours. It is not used for advertising.
Cloudflare and external services
Depending on the security functions actually triggered, Cloudflare may set necessary security cookies. Details: https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/reference/policies-compliances/cloudflare-cookies/. The YouTube player is not loaded automatically; the video opens via an external link when selected. External images and links are also explained in the privacy notice.
Browser settings
You may view, delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent administration sign-in. If services requiring consent are added, they will only be enabled after the relevant consent. Updated: 19 October 2026.
