Website operation and security
Accessing the website involves processing IP address, time, requested URL, browser and technical connection data to serve the site and prevent attacks. Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery and technical storage. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure website operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical data is processed as long as necessary for delivery, security and any incident investigation; technical logging also depends on the Cloudflare services used.
Enquiries and agency services
We process contact information, property preferences, property details and correspondence you provide to respond to enquiries and take pre-contractual steps or perform an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Statutory tax, recordkeeping or identification duties are addressed under Article 6(1)(c). Other voluntary uses require an appropriate legal basis, such as revocable consent. Without the information required for your specific enquiry, we may be unable to assist.
Recipients and retention
Where necessary, recipients include hosting, email and telecommunications providers and, within your engagement, owners, prospective parties, notaries, advisers and competent authorities. We do not sell contact data. Enquiry data is deleted when no longer needed, unless legitimate evidential interests or statutory retention duties require it. Contract and accounting records are kept for applicable legal periods and subsequently deleted or restricted.
External images and links
Some regional photographs load from Wikimedia servers, whose operators receive your IP address and technical request data. This supports an appropriate presentation of the region based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Wikimedia’s privacy policy explains its processing. YouTube players do not load automatically; YouTube is accessed only when you open the external video link. WhatsApp links likewise open the external service only when activated. Those providers’ own privacy notices also apply.
International processing
International providers such as Cloudflare or Wikimedia may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where necessary, safeguards under Chapter V GDPR apply, such as standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision. You may request information and, where relevant, a copy of the applicable safeguards from the controller. Your rights
Subject to legal requirements you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object on grounds relating to your particular situation to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for the future. Contact info@tazacorte-immobilien.de. You may complain to a data protection authority, particularly Spain’s AEPD at www.aepd.es. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
