Making sense of property documents
We help gather the existing escritura pública, a current nota simple from the Land Registry and cadastral information. A nota simple provides information about registered owners, rights and charges; it does not replace a full legal or technical review.
Inherited property and multiple owners
An inherited home may involve outstanding acceptance or allocation of the inheritance, powers of attorney or the participation of several entitled parties. We raise questions early and help coordinate clarification. A notary or independent lawyer determines the steps required for each case.
Building status and intended use
Does the building correspond with the Registry and Cadastre? Which permissions exist and which uses are authorised? Where necessary, we coordinate these questions with architects, technical specialists and the relevant authorities.
From preliminary agreement to public deed
Before a reservation or arras agreement, terms, deadlines and payments should be clear. We help organise documents and communication around the notary appointment. Contracts and protection of your legal interests should be independently reviewed.
